This example was developed by Martin Villareal and other students of the Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco, Ushuaia, Argentina. It was a take-home assignment of a simulation course given at the CACIC (Argentine Congress on Computer Science), 1999. It represents the behavior of particles that are grouped according the rules of surface tension.
