WOSP Information Exchange:

Monday, October 12, 1998, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Tool vendors, consultants, publishers, and other interested parties will have the opportunity to share information with WOSP attendees on Monday evening, during the reception/registration. For a nominal fee, vendors can participate in a free-form, manned or unmanned tool/product exhibit.

Exhibits might take the form of demos, pamphlet/book displays, or delegate conversations with exhibitors. Participants will be provided with a table, chairs, and electricity, but should bring extension cords/plug strips, if needed. If the exhibits include literature, it will be transferred for distribution to attendees in the meeting area after the Monday event.

The fee for exhibits is $100. (Please note that the fee does NOT include conference registration or attendance at other events.) Approximately 125 - 175 delegates are expected. The deadline for participation is September 21, 1998.
