Anshuman Biswas

Hi! My name is Anshuman. I'm a 3rd year PhD student in the Systems and Computer Engineering at Carleton University, and I'm broadly interested in research in cloud middleware performance aided with machine learning. I'm supervised by Dr. Shikharesh Majumdar and Dr. Biswajit Nandy.

I started my Masters of Applied Science in Systems and Computer Engineering at Carleton University in January 2012. I was fast-tracked into the PhD program in April 2013.
I completed my Masters of Science in Computer Science at Calcutta University in June 2009. I worked with Dr. Banani Saha in the area of Ad-Hoc wireless routing.
In 2007, I graduated from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta, India with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
