Winter Session Notes

In this section of the newsletter we'll report on attendance (starting next time) and other items of note for the Winter Session.  For the next few weeks we'll be focusing on technique in the Masters groups.  The High Intensity groups will be tapering as we near the end of the Varsity season.  If you have any suggestions of things you'd like to see added (to the workouts or the newsletter), just let me know.

Dear N. a. Suit:  Send me the information on the suit that you'd like (the catalog is still posted on the bulletin board), and we'll get your suit added to the order.  Note that it may arrive a bit later than those ordered in December.
