Extensions to the ATLAS traffic modelling language

The present work is devoted to extend the behavior of the ATLAS (Advanced Traffic LAnguage Specifications) modelling language. The extensions here included entitle definition of vehicle routing using Origin/Destination matrixes, and dynamic routing defined as Cell-DEVS models.
