obtained his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
and Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University, Istanbul,
Turkey in 1995, and his M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and
Operations Research from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey in 1997.
Current, he is doing his Ph.D. at the University of Toronto. 
His research interest is in Local Search Algorithms,
Fuzzy Set and Logic Theory, Scheduling and System Control.
