1) your mu (U) (service rate, not arrival rate) was wrong.
3) how many decimals does not matter. but, read the chart correctly.

1) it does not matter what unit time you use, but it must be consistant.
2) first understand what arrival rate means; then it's already stated
clearly in the question.
